StockAnlyzer is a stock market simulation application designed for educational and practice purposes. While our platform uses virtual currency for all trading activities, we use a real payment gateway for the optional purchase of additional virtual funds. We are committed to a fair and transparent refund policy for these real-money transactions.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund of a real-money deposit under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 (seven) days of the deposit transaction date.
- The virtual funds purchased with the deposit have not been used in any trade or transaction within the application.
- Your account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
Refunds are only applicable to the real money you have deposited. Virtual profits, bonuses, or any other form of virtual currency on the platform are not real money and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@stockanlyzer.com with the following details:
- Your registered mobile number.
- The transaction ID of the deposit you wish to have refunded.
- The date and amount of the deposit.
Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, the corresponding amount of virtual currency will be debited from your StockAnlyzer account. The real money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to the processing times of the payment gateway and your bank.
A small, non-refundable processing fee charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Policy Changes
StockAnlyzer reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
